Standard power: 116 hp, torque: 260 Nm
Power increase to 145 hp
Torque increase to 327 Nm

We tested it, the 3 Series (F30) 316d. As with every test, we were not only concerned with the maximum power yield, a few more horsepower would have been possible here, as with all our tests, we attach great importance to the load limits of the drivetrain, transmission, etc. The heat development was also monitored by attaching our sensors. In doing so, we pay particular attention to temperatures of the cylinder head, the manifold and the soot particle filter. These values are then compared with the series values on long-haul routes in order to be able to detect changes exactly and avoid differences.

As far as performance is concerned, we have added a lot of liveliness and agility here.
